1. There has been debate over if this movie is genuine or a "mockumentary". What do you think? If it was a mockumentary - why would Bansky do this? i would handle it by making sure they were going to shoe some type of motivation or else they will have to suffer from a job loss because opf lack of intreast because it is not fair that soo many other people may be looking for jobs and there is someone that is just taking up space but i would give them a chance to correct the behavior and if they dont then they wilkl have to leave, I would use Democratic Leadership

Customer service

Customer service is m portant because if there was no one to help the customers they could just pick stuff up and walk out the door and shoping would be very difficult because there would be no one to shoe people where things are or to order the inventory or anything else it would just be a total disaaster
